CWNP announced that on October 30th, 2006 there will be a slight upgrade to the CWNA exam topics. The candidates will especially need to know the updated terminology changes being used by the IEEE & Wi-Fi Alliance. The CWNA exam is been upgraded to reflect the industry standard naming conventions that are now being used by IEEE.

And upon these changes:

The CWNA exam objectives have been updated to refelect these changes.

The CWNA practice tests have been updated to reflect these changes.

The CWNA study guide is NOT changing. The current version will STILL prepare you for the updated exam, but you must be familiar with the new terminology.

The CWNA course has already been updated to reflect these changes.
